Tom Curise Inspired Paula Patton to Perform Her Own Stunts on 'Mission Impossible'

Paula Patton stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday (August 14) and dished all about feeling the “competitive spirit” while working alongside Tom Cruise on 2011′s Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol.

“I don’t know if it was pressure but it was like a competitive spirit. You wanted to do it too,” the 41-year-old actress told Jimmy. “You’re inspired by him but you don’t have to, no, certainly I wanted to.”

Paula also talked about about growing up in Los Angeles, what it was like living across the street from Gary Coleman, and promoted her brand new ABC show Somewhere Between.
