Selma Blair Tells Seth Meyers She's 'Totally Free' After Coming Forward with Sexual Harassment Story

Selma Blair stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers on Monday (January 22) and took a moment to talk about how she felt coming out with her own experience with sexual misconduct and explains why she’s hopeful for the #MeToo movement.

“I am so hopeful. I felt so much better, I am totally free of that experience and so my experience is irrelevant now because I am free of it,” the 45-year-old actress told Seth.

“People listened and 396 other women from the same man came out, we commiserated and let go,” Selma added. “We’re watching these powerful women and men really bring this movement to something that I hope comes to a place of forgiveness and change. I’m all for forgiveness and change, writing our wrongs and empowerment. I love it.”

Selma also talked about her upcoming thriller-comedy Mom and Dad and explains why everyone should watch scary movies with an audience.

That same day, Selma was spotted making her way to the BUILD Studio to promote Mom and Dad as part of the BUILD series.
