Amy Schumer Says She's Not Pregnant, Wants Her Wedding Gift to Be Donations to Everytown

Amy Schumer confirmed that she got married to her boyfriend of a few months, chef Chris Fischer, this week in a post on Instagram.

The 36-year-old comedian and actress first clarified that she’s not pregnant.

“2 things,” Amy wrote. “No I’m not pregnant.” Fans were wondering if perhaps Amy was expecting due to the shorter romance between her and Chris.

Amy then went on to request that people donate to Everytown for Gun Safety, a nonprofit which advocates for gun control and against gun violence.

“And no gifts but thank you for asking. Instead please consider donation[s] to Everytown for Gun Safety,” Amy wrote about the tragedy that occurred at a Florida school yesterday. 17 people died.

“Sending love to everyone who has been affected by gun violence,” Amy wrote.

Amy has long advocated for gun control after a shooting occurred during a screening of her movie Trainwreck back in 2015.
