Will There Be an 'E.T.' Sequel? Drew Barrymore Responds!

Drew Barrymore is opening up about the likelihood of a sequel to E.T.!

The Santa Clarita Diet actress made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday night (March 28).

During her appearance, Drew was asked whether there could ever be an E.T. sequel.

“Because Steven Spielberg made Jaws and E.T., there was a lot of talk within his camp about sequels. But he never wanted to make them because he felt like what he did was just as it should be,” she explained.

“That was his philosophy, and who was I to ever question it?”
