The 39-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star and the 25-year-old model were seen getting dinner at Trastevere on Wednesday evening (June 20) in Rome, Italy.

Kourtney and Younes were seen enjoying a romantic dinner together before heading back to to their hotel while on vacation in Rome.

Earlier in the week, Kourtney was spotted looking sporty while catching a flight out of LAX airport on Monday (June 18) in Los Angeles.
