Lea Michele Remembers Cory Monteith Five Years After His Passing

Lea Michele is remembering Cory Monteith on the five year anniversary of his passing.

The 31-year-old singer and actress took to her Twitter to share a photo of a sunset along with a beautiful quote.

“‘There are some who bring a light so great to the world, that even after they have gone, the light remains,’” Lea wrote, adding a heart emoji.

Cory, who struggled with addiction issues, tragically died back in July 2013 following a drug overdose.

Lea and Cory dated for over a year before his passing.
