Sara Bareilles & Gavin Creel Team Up at Sardis for 'Waitress' Photo Call!

Sara Bareilles is prepping for her return to Broadway!

The 39-year-old Waitress composer, who rejoins the cast, and lyricist joined her new co-star Gavin Creel at Sardis for their official Waitress photo call on Friday morning (January 4) in New York City.

Sara and Gavin, who joins the cast for the first time as Dr. Pomatter, also posed with their previously unveiled portraits at the press event.

“New year same me! Wait. New year new doc!,” Sara captioned with her Instagram post. “Anyway. It’s almost here and I’m so excited. Can’t wait to see my @waitressmusical family again with @gavincreelofficial added to the mix. Yahooooo!!”

Sara is returning to the lead role of Jenna in the hit Broadway musical beginning January 7 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre!
