Kanye West Heads to Work After Surprising Kim Kardashian on Valentine's Day!

Kanye West throws up the peace sign as he arrives at his office building on Thursday afternoon (February 14) in Calabasas, Calif.

The 41-year-old rapper and fashion designer kept things low key in a light gray sweatshirt, dark gray sweatpants, and white slides as he headed inside to get some work done.
