Taylor Swift Sells More Than 1 Million Copies of 'Lover' in China
Taylor Swift has set a sales record in China with her new album Lover!
The 29-year-old singer has achieved the biggest sales week in China for an international artist by selling more than one million copies of her album in its first week.
Both of Taylor‘s previous albums 1989 and reputation also topped more than one million copies in sales in China.
In the United States, Taylor‘s album has sold more than 625,000 copies through the first five days of sales and it has earned over 750,000 equivalent album units when streaming is factored in. It’s already the biggest sales week for an album in the U.S. since her album reputation dropped in 2017, according to Billboard.
