Zooey Deschanel's Estranged Husband Jacob Pechenik Officially Files for Divorce
Zooey Deschanel and Jacob Pechnik are officially ending their marriage.
The 47-year-old film producer filed for divorce from the 39-year-old New Girl actress on Tuesday (October 22) after four years of marriage, The Blast reports.
According to the paperwork obtained by the site, Jacob is asking for joint physical and legal custody of their two children – Elsie, 4, and Charlie, 2.
Jacob is also saying support should be paid to both parties, indicating that he and Zooey had a prenup. He is also asking for him and Zooey to split attorney feeds.
Back in September, Zooey and Jacob announced that they were splitting.
