Liev Schreiber Had To Apologize To His Kids For Bringing 'Ray Donovan' Home
Liev Schreiber paid a visit to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night (November 12) and dished about playing his character Ray Donovan for seven years.
“I’ve always been kind of a technical actor. Doing a functional serial killer for seven years has been challenging,” the 52-year-old actor admitted to Stephen.
Liev revealed that he recently had to apologize to his kids for sometimes bringing his character home with him after a long day of work.
“The other day I told my kids… I was a little hot tempered with my kids and I sat them down, and I told them, ‘you know guys, I’m really sorry but I think daddy is bringing home work once and awhile and I owe you guys an apology’,” Liev recalled. “I was pretty impressed with how well they took it. They think Ray Donovan is a real as*hole.”
Ray Donovan returns to Showtime this Sunday (November 17)!
