ABC Cancels 'Reef Break' After One Season

Reef Break has officially been canceled by ABC.

The action drama, starring Poppy Montgomery, spanned 13 episodes during its run last summer.

Poppy not only starred in Reef Break but also executive produced the series, which was based on her idea.

The series followed Cat Chambers, “a thief-turned-fixer for the governor of a stunning and seductive Pacific Island paradise.”

According to Deadline, ABC Studios is not expected to shop Reef Break elsewhere.
