Sarah Jessica Parker Addresses 'Long Overdue Change' Amid Global Protests

Sarah Jessica Parker is speaking out.

The Sex & The City star posted a heartfelt message to her Instagram on Tuesday (June 9) following the final memorial service for George Floyd, amid global protests against police brutality and systemic racism.

“Today Mr. Floyd is laid to rest. However this historic march toward justice and equality, this unstoppable movement in his name and countless others’ is alive and its collective heartbeat far stronger than the fear that resists this inevitable and long overdue change,” she wrote in a post.

Two stars in particular paid their respects at the intimate funeral service earlier in the day.
