Ryan Reynolds & Rob McElhenney Will Document Their Attempt at Running a Soccer Team in New FX Series

Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are teaming up!

The 44-year-old It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia actor and the Deadpool star became co-owners of a Welsh soccer team last November which was acquired through their company RR McReynolds.

Now, the pair are set to appear in a new docuseries at FX called Welcome to Wrexham which will chronicle their attempts to run the team, per Deadline.

According to the outlet, the series will focus Ryan and Rob learning what it takes to own a football club and explore the impact of the team on the working-class town of Wrexham.

Welcome to Wrexham will be produced by Broadwalk Pictures, the same team behind Netflix’s hit docuseries Chef’s Table.
