'Loki' Star Sophia Di Martino Shares Thanks To Designer Who Altered Her Costume For Breastfeeding While Filming

Sophia di Martino is giving a big shout out to Loki‘s costume designer, Christine Wada.

The actress, who plays Sylvie aka The Variant on the Disney+ series, revealed that Christine added in a cool feature to her costume.

Taking to her social media platforms this week, Sophia revealed that underneath her costume were conveniently located zippers, which she could unzip to breastfeed or pump between takes.

Sophia was cast in her role when she was close to nine months pregnant, and started filming right after she welcomed her child in November 2019.

“It’s not easy being a working Mama (Understatement!) #christinewada designed Sylvie’s costume and had the genius idea of adding concealed zippers for easy access so that I could use my hands-free @elvie pumps easily (pictured) and nurse my baby between takes,” she wrote in the caption.

“It’s little (big) things like this that made it possible for me to do my job AND be a parent,” Sophia added. “I’m forever grateful 💖”
