Hayes Grier Arrested on Charges of Robbery & Assault

Hayes Grier has been arrested.

The 21-year-old influencer and Dancing with the Stars alum was arrested on Friday (July 30) in Charlotte, North Carolina on charges of felony conspiracy, common law robbery, and assault causing serious bodily injury, TMZ reports.

Hayes was arrested after he allegedly brutally assaulted William Markolf on Monday (July 26) before stealing his $1,200 cellphone. The victim is said to have suffered serious injuries, including brain damage.

William also reportedly sustained a broken left orbital bone, bruised ribs, head trauma, and hearing loss.

As of right now, it is unclear what led to the alleged attack.

Hayes was released from the Mecklenburg County Jail after posting the $17,500 bond on Friday night. He is due back in court on Monday, August 2.
