Jay-Z Officially Joins Instagram & Only Follows One Account

Jay-Z is now on Instagram!

The 51-year-old rapper, businessman, and record exec decided to finally join the social media platform on Tuesday (November 2).

Since joining just a few short hours ago, Jay has already racked up a million (and counting!) followers and so far only follows one account.

As of right now, Jay-Z only follows his wife Beyonce. The 40-year-old entertainer, who joined Instagram in 2012, hasn’t followed any accounts…until now.

Unsurprisingly, Beyonce only follows Jay-Z on Instagram.

In his first post, and Story, Jay-Z shared a countdown for the release of the upcoming Netflix movie, The Harder They Fall – which will be available for streaming starting on Wednesday, November 3.

Jay-Z serves as a producer on the movie and wrote the music for it. Last month, he made a rare red carpet appearance at the movie’s premiere in Los Angeles.
