The 36-year-old Gossip Girl alum and The Boys actor met up with a friend for a bite to eat on Saturday afternoon (January 22) in Los Feliz, Calif.

Chace showed off his muscles in a skin-tight black, red, and white long-sleeved shirt paired with olive-colored pants, a backwards baseball hat, and sunglasses as he and his friend enjoyed lunch outside.
