CBS Announces Renewals for Three Comedy Series, Two More Comedies Await Their Fate

CBS has announced that three comedy series have been renewed for additional seasons!

The network currently has six comedies airing and one of them was previously given a three-year renewal, so that means two more comedies are awaiting their fate.

“We’re thrilled to bring back television’s four most-watched comedies for next season, and I’m proud of the incredible team that maintains CBS’ position as the clear leader in comedy,” said Kelly Kahl, president of CBS Entertainment (via Variety).

The outlet reports that upcoming renewal or cancellation news is expected “in the coming months.”
