Glen Powell Shares Sweet Story About Late Cheslie Kryst's Kindness

Glen Powell is remembering Cheslie Kryst.

Earlier this week, it was confirmed that the Miss USA 2019 and Extra correspondent had sadly died at the age of 30 from an apparent suicide.

On Tuesday (February 1), Glen posted a link to an interview he had done with Cheslie for Extra and shared a sweet story about their interaction.

“My niece [and] nephew watched me do this interview w/ ⁦@CheslieKryst,” he wrote. “They said, ‘She’s a real life princess.’”

Glen continued, “She took the time to talk [with] them afterwards and then mailed them signed photos. She was kind, authentic – forever the Powell’s princess. #RIP”

Extra also released a statement after Cheslie‘s death had been confirmed by authorities. The outlet offered its “deepest condolences to all [Cheslie's] family and friends” and added, “Cheslie was not just a vital part of our show, she was a beloved part of our Extra family and touched the entire staff.”

We have sadly lost all these stars in 2022.
