Elle is nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series for The Great She is also nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series for her role as Catherine the Great in The Great.

The show is a satirical, comedic drama about the rise of Catherine the Great from outsider to the longest-reigning female ruler in Russia’s history. The series is fictionalized and portrays Catherine in her youth and marriage to Emperor Peter III, focusing on the plot to kill her depraved and dangerous husband.

Elle was previously nominated for Trumbo in 2016.
