'Flip or Flop' Set Was 'Too Intimate' for Tarek El Moussa & Christina Haack (Report)

New details are surfacing about the end of Flip or Flop.

The long-running HGTV series is coming to an end after 10 seasons, and now there are new details regarding stars Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa and their interactions on set, via People.

According to a source, the set of the show – which launched in 2013 while they were still married – became “too intimate” for the divorced couple.

“Tarek and Christina are generally cordial. They’re co-parenting and nothing gets in the way of that. The show was just too intimate of a setting at this point and it was time to close that chapter,” the source explained.

Flip or Flop followed the former couple’s business as they bought, renovated and sold homes for a profit in Southern California. It also documented their relationship and co-parenting their two children, Taylor, 11, and Brayden, 6, after their split.

Back in July of 2021, there was reported tension on the set, as Tarek El Moussa allegedly lashed out at his Flip or Flop co-star.
