Netflix is giving fans a first look at the new movie Beauty.

The streamer released a trailer for the upcoming drama on Wednesday (June 15).

Here’s a synopsis of the film: “A gifted young Black woman struggles to maintain her voice and identity after she’s offered a lucrative recording contract, setting off a fierce battle between her family, the label, and her closest friend to determine who will guide her as she makes the journey to become a star.”

Beauty was written by Lena Waithe and stars Gracie Marie Bradley. The cast also includes Niecy Nash, Giancarlo Esposito, Sharon Stone, Aleyse Shannon, Kyle Bary and Micheal Ward.
