Jennifer Aniston Mourns Death of 'The Morning Show' Camera Assistant Gunnar Mortensen

Jennifer Aniston is mourning the death of a crew member from her her Apple TV+ series The Morning Show.

On Thursday (July 7), the 53-year-old actress took to social media to pay tribute to camera assistant Gunnar Mortensen who died on Monday (July 4).

“This past week we suddenly and tragically lost Gunnar Mortenson,” Jen wrote on her Instagram Story. “As a camera assistant, he was so skilled and dedicated to his job. In memory of Gunnar, a page has been set up to help raise funds for his wife, Keely, and his 2-year-old son, Lars during this difficult time. We are going to miss you Gunnar 💔”

Along with her message, Jen shared a photo of Gunnar with his wife and son, along with another photo of just Gunnar and his son.

Jen also included a link to a GoFundMe page started by Gunnar‘s union, ICG Local 600, to help his family “during this difficult time.” So far, the account has raised over $127,000.

According to People, Gunnar died in a motorcycle crash on Highyway 74 in Southern California. He was 39.

Our thoughts are with Gunnar‘s loved ones during this difficult time.
