Ezra Miller Charged with Felony Burglary in Vermont, Will Be Arraigned Next Month

Ezra Miller is in more trouble with the law.

The 29-year-old actor was charged with felony burglary following an incident that allegedly took place in May.

Ezra has been facing legal trouble for the past year. They were accused of harassment and harboring young children in an unsafe environment, among other stories.

The Vermont State Police released a statement saying that they were notified of “a burglary complaint at a residence on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont. The initial findings indicated that several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present. As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.”

Ezra was located by the police on Sunday night (August 7) at 11:23pm and was “issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division.” The arraignment will be held on September 26.
