Anne Heche's Final Resting Place Revealed on Official Death Certificate

Anne Heche‘s final resting place has been revealed on her death certificate.

The actress, best known for her roles in Men in Trees and Donnie Brasco, has taken off of life support on Sunday (August 14), two days after she was declared brain dead. She was 53-years-old.

Anne died from inhalation of smoke and thermal injuries obtained in her car accident, according to the coroner’s office.

On her death certificate, obtained by E! News, Anne‘s final place of burial has been listed as the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles. Her body was cremated on August 18.
