Thandiwe Newton Honored with Talent Award at Deauville American Film Festival 2022

Thandiwe Newton is being honored!

The 49-year-old Emmy-winning actress was honored with the Deauville Talent Award during the 2022 Deauville American Film Festival on Tuesday (September 6) in Deauville, France.

Thandiwe, who looked pretty in a black lace dress, was honored with the award following the film festival’s premiere of her new movie God’s Country.

Earlier that day, Thandiwe debuted her new heart tattoo on her chest while wearing a pink suit to the unveiling of her dedicated beach locker room on Promenade des Planches.

The Deauville Film Festival marks the first time Thandiwe has been spotted out in months.

The last photos we have of Thandiwe were from back in May when she stepped out for a dinner date with her new rapper boyfriend following the split from her husband Ol Parker.

Earlier this year, Thandiwe dropped out of the upcoming third Magic Mike movie due to personal reasons.
