PnB Rock Dead at 30 - Rapper Was Shot During Armed Robbery

PnB Rock has tragically died at the age of 30.

The rapper was shot dead during an armed robbery in South Los Angeles on Monday afternoon (September 12) while dining at Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles.

The shooting occurred at around 1pm while PnB was eating lunch with his girlfriend Steph Sibounheuang, who posted a photo of her food just minuted before the attack.

A witness has stated that the robbery was related to jewelry and the unidentified shooter reportedly took PnB‘s jewelry before fleeing the scene.

“It is a bold crime and it’s tragic that two people come to eat and enjoy their meal, and they’re get robbed while patronizing a restaurant,” Los Angeles Police Department Capt. Kelly Muniz said in a statement.

PnB was rushed to the hospital and was pronounced dead around 2pm.

Roscoe’s Instagram page posted, “We are deeply saddened by the death of Rakim Hasheem Allen, (also known as PnB Rock), an incredible artist in Los Angeles and everywhere. His passing represents an enormous loss to each and every one of us. Our most heartfelt condolences, thoughts, and prayers go to the Allen family at this difficult time. The safety of our employees and guests are our utmost priority. We have and will continue to keep our place of business as safe as possible. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.”

PnB Rock was best known for songs like “Selfish” and “I Like Girls.”
