Anna Delvey Released From Prison, Returns to NYC - Here's What's Next for Her

Anna Delvey, the real-life subject of the Netflix limited series Inventing Anna, has been released from prison and is now back in New York City.

The convicted swindler, whose real name is Anna Sorokin, was released from custody and is now on home confinement.

Anna was convicted in 2019 for her cons and she was released last year after serving three years behind bars, but then she was detained by immigration authorities for overstaying her visa. She’s still in the middle of a deportation battle and there were terms for her release from prison on Friday (October 7).
