Jamie Lee Curtis Gets Choked Up Over 'Halloween Ends' At NYCC

Jamie Lee Curtis shared her emotions with fans during the 2022 New York Comic-Con over the weekend.

The 63-year-old actress opened up about closing the final chapter with Halloween Ends and Laurie Strode.

During Jamie‘s first appearance with Drew Barrymore on Saturday, Drew asked her how it feels to finally come to the conclusion of her “Halloween” story with the release of Halloween Ends.

Holding back some tears, Jamie replied, “Endings are a b****, but so is Laurie Strode.”

She added, “At this point, Jamie and Laurie have become woven together. There is no separation. I don’t have anything in my life without Laurie Strode. Nothing. I wouldn’t have a career, I wouldn’t have a family.”

The next day, Jamie reunited with goddaughter, Maggie Gyllenhaal, for the 2022 New Yorker Festival at SVA Theatre.

Halloween Ends will debut in theaters and on Peacock on Friday, October 14.
