Ringo Starr Cancels Remaining Tour Dates After Second Positive COVID Test
Ringo Starr is cancelling the remaining dates on his tour after testing positive for COVID-19 a second time.
The 82-year-old Beatles alum cancelled a string of shows earlier this month after he contracted coronavirus while on tour.
Although he previously hoped to return to the road after recovering, Ringo has now announced that the final five dates of the tour have been cancelled.

“I’m sure you’ll be as surprised as I was I tested positive again for Covid,” he wrote on Twitter. “the rest of the tour is off I send you peace and love Ringo.”
Ringo had tested negative and shared an update on his health in a tweet earlier this week.
Here are the new tour dates that Ringo Starr has cancelled:
October 14 San Jose, Calif – San Jose Civic
October 15 Paso Robles, Calif – Vina Robles Amphitheatre
October 16 Los Angeles – Greek Theater
October 19 Mexico City, Mexico – Auditorio Nacional
October 20 Mexico City, Mexico – Auditorio Nacional
