Cailee Spaeny to Star in New 'Alien' Movie

Alien is being rebooted once again, and Cailee Spaeny is attached!

The 25-year-old How It Ends star is in talks to star in the upcoming 20th Century Studios movie, directed by Fede Alvarez, via Deadline.

Not much is known about the movie, although the iconic Xenomorphs will be the focus again. The movie reportedly became a top priority after hearing the director’s pitch and after a recent script was delivered, with plans to begin filming set for early 2023.

Alien kicked off with the 1979 original and has spawned multiple sequels, spinoffs and prequels.
