Netflix Debuts First Look at 'Freeridge,' the 'On My Block' Spinoff Series - Watch Now!

The hit Netflix series On My Block is getting a spinoff series and the first look has arrived!

Freeridge follows sibling rivals Gloria (Keyla Monterroso Mejia) and Ines (Bryana Salaz) and their friends Demi (Ciara Riley Wilson) and Cameron (Tenzing Norgay Trainor) who have unleashed a curse bringing dark misfortune into their lives.

“The new core four of Freeridge don’t step into the shoes of our original [On My Block] crew. They step into their own shoes, right alongside the legacy of the kids who came before them,” showrunner Lauren Iungerich told Tudum. “Through the lens of this new group of friends, we’ll see Freeridge as we know it and also explore a Freeridge we haven’t seen before.”

On My Block‘s Peggy Blow, whose character Abuelita died in the final season, will be back in a new series regular role, while Paula Garcés (Geny Martinez), Eric Gutierrez (Ruben Martinez), Eme Ikwuakor (Dwayne Turner) and Raushanah Simmons (Fran Turner) all reprise their OMB roles.

Freeridge premieres on February 2, 2023 on Netflix. Stay tuned for a trailer!
