Leo Abelo Perry to Play Vin Diesel's Son in 'Fast X'

Leo Abelo Perry is joining the Fast & Furious franchise!

The 9-year-old actor, who most recently played Chip in ABC’s Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration live special, has been cast as Vin Diesel‘s son in the upcoming movie Fast X.

Leo will play Brian Marcos, “the son of Dom (Diesel) and Elena Neves (Elsa Pataky). In 2017’s The Fate of the Furious, an infant Brian was kidnapped along with his mother and used by Cipher (Charlize Theron) to blackmail Dom. Though Elena is eventually killed, Brian is rescued by Deckard (Jason Statham) and Owen Shaw (Luke Evans), and Dom names him after his late friend Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker). In 2021’s F9, viewers see Brian living with Dom and stepmom Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) at their farmhouse,” according to Variety.

Leo made his feature film debut in Disney+’s Cheaper by the Dozen remake, which was released last year.
