Kate Moss Chooses Ellie Bamber to Play Her in 'Moss & Freud'

Kate Moss has chosen the actress who is going to play her in the upcoming film Moss & Freud!

Ellie Bamber will take on the role of the iconic supermodel. Ellie is currently starring in the Willow series.

If you don’t know, the film will center around Kate‘s relationship with British artist Lucian Freud (who also happens to be the grandson of famous psychologist Sigmund Freud.)

In the early 2000s, at the height of Kate‘s fame and while she was pregnant, she agreed to sit for an iconic portrait done by Lucian at his studio. The portrait sold for nearly $5 million back in 2005.

Here’s the synopsis, according to Variety: “Set around Freud’s Holland Park studio and London in the heady days of early 2000s Britain, the story opens up to explore Freud’s mysterious past and Moss’ life as a globally recognized supermodel.”

Just a few months ago, Kate Moss gave testimony in the widely-publicized Johnny Depp/Amber Heard trial.
