Kelly McCreary said farewell to Grey’s Anatomy during a two-part episode that aired on Thursday night (April 13) and we have all the details on her exit from the long-running ABC series.

The 41-year-old actress joined the show as Dr. Maggie Pierce at the end of season 10 and became a series regular the next season.

Maggie is the half-sister of Meredith Grey, played by Ellen Pompeo, who left the show earlier this season as well.
