Kim Zolciak's Estranged Husband Kroy Biermann Accuses Her of Punching Him, Bombshell Details from Police Report Revealed

A bombshell police report has revealed details of what happened in the day leading up to Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s split.

Just one day before Kroy filed for divorce from Kim, he called the cops and accused her of punching him in the back of the head during a dispute at their home in Georgia.

Page Six reports that Kim told the cops that Kroy had taken her possessions, like designer purses and jewelry, and locked them in a safe that she couldn’t access. She claimed he took $175,000 worth of goods that were premarital assets. Kroy claimed the goods were marital property and that he took them because Kim had a gambling problem and had just lost a lot of money. He said he was going to liquidate the assets to recoup some costs.

The police confirmed that valuables were inside the safe, including Kim‘s passport, but they did not find purses.

Kroy said the punch happened while he and Kim were disputing the property. He was not visibly injured and did not accept medical attention. He also declined to press charges.

The police stayed at the home for another hour at the request of Kim while she packed possessions into her car. The police had to ask the estranged couple to remain civil during that hour as their four minor children were present.

The cops were called again the next day as Kim claimed Kroy locked her out of their bedroom and she needed to get medication from inside the room. He told the cops that he had placed the medication in the hallway.
