Over the weekend, the first teaser for the upcoming fifth and final season of the thriller series which stars Penn Badgley, premiered at Tudum, and heavily hinted at a return for the fan fave character.

Penn teased in the first sneak peek that he couldn’t confirm who fans would see back for the final installment, but added, “We all know there are many loose ends from Joe’s past. The question is, ‘Who are you?’”

After his message, a montage of clips flashed by, and that included a shot of Ellie.

It remains to be confirmed if Jenna will return at all.
