Sandra Bullock's Sister Mourns Death of Bryan Randall, Says Sandra Was 'The Best of Caretakers'

Sandra Bullock‘s family is mourning the death of her longtime partner, Bryan Randall.

The Oscar-winning actress’ rep confirmed to JustJared.com on Monday (August 8) that Bryan passed away over the weekend following a private three-year battle with ALS.

Sandra‘s sister Gesine Bullock-Prado took to Instagram later that day to pay tribute to the late photographer, who met Sandra in 2015 after being hired to photograph her son’s birthday party.

Gesine said, “I’m convinced that Bry has found the best fishing spot in heaven and is already casting his lure into rushing rivers teaming with salmon. ALS is a cruel disease but there is some comfort in knowing he had the best of caretakers in my amazing sister and the band of nurses she assembled who helped her look after him in their home. Rest in peace, Bryan. In lieu of flowers, please donate to ALS Association and Massachusetts General Hospital.”

Sandra has previously explained why her and Bryan didn’t have a need to get married.
