Keri Russell Brands Herself As The 'Least Talented' Member of Mickey Mouse Club

Keri Russell might be best known for her roles on Felicity, The Americans, and most recently, The Diplomat, but fans of the actress will remember her from The Mickey Mouse Club.

In a new interview, Keri opened up about being part of that exclusive group, and is calling herself the “least talented” out of all of them who went on to become major stars.

“I was there at a time when there were a lot of famous kids there. And I say this completely truthfully: I was literally the least talented one there,” Keri shared in a feature with W Magazine.

She says she’s “not kidding. When I look at those kids, I’m like, why in the world did they pick me? Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake and Ryan Gosling and Britney Spears. It was wild.”

In addition to Keri, Justin, Britney, Christina and Ryan, that era of The Mickey Mouse Club also starred JC Chasez, Dale Godboldo, Rhona Bennett, Josh Ackerman, Ilana Miller, Lindsey Alley, and Hallmark star Nikki Deloach.

In a previous interview, Keri joked she was also the “coolest” member of the club, too.
