Hugh Hefner's Son Marston Joins OnlyFans Despite Family Pushback

Marston Hefner is the latest star to join OnlyFans.

Just recently, the 33-year-old son of the late Hugh Hefner joined the exclusive content sharing platform, despite pushback from his family.

While talking with The Messenger, Marston – who describes himself as “bisexual af” – explained that he finds the platform to be “pretty all-around empowering.”

“I’m not crazy about Instagram, but on OnlyFans, people are really friendly,” Marston shared. “They say they find me attractive, which is nice. They find my interests, my genuineness interesting. It’s just a positive experience. And it sounds like it’s not just my experience.”

Marston – whose mother is former playmate Kimberley Conrad and Hugh‘s second wife – recalled how growing up in the Playboy Mansion contributed to his own feelings around nudity.

“My mom posed for Playboy. I was never ashamed of it,” Marston explained. “I mean, I didn’t want to see her naked. But it was also just normal. Nudity is normal. I heard that all the time.”

He also said that he was raised to have a clear “distinction [between] pornography and nudity.”

“And so, Playboy is not pornography. Even though people are j–king off to it, it’s not the same thing,” Marston said, comparing it to the same philosophy for what he shares on his OnlyFans.

Users can subscribe to Marston‘s OnlyFans for free, and watch videos of him talking about Pokemon, Beanie Babies, and growing up in the Playboy Mansion. He charges an additional fee for nude photos.

While Marston is open to collaborations, he has yet to share explicit content such as sex and masturbation.

“There’s that line where my family would be like, ‘That’s pornography,’” Marston said. “But as long as I do just tasteful nudes, then it’s not pornography, that sort of idea. That’s ridiculous in my opinion.”

He also pointed that there is a “double standard in my family,” not only that it “wasn’t acceptable” for men to express their sexuality as it was for women, but also in how sex work is stigmatized.

“You can be the CEO of the people getting naked. But don’t be the person getting naked,” Marston said. “It’s f–king bulls–t. That upsets me,. Because I don’t think that’s right, the stigma of sex workers. You can pay sex workers but you can’t f—king be one?”

Marston also addressed the “nepo-baby” conversation, acknowledging that having “Hefner” as his last name has helped him, but he hopes that “people look at my heart.”

“In my 20s, whenever I did social media or whenever I did art, nobody really gave a crap,” Marston recalled. “But because I’m Hugh Hefner’s son and because I did OnlyFans, now I have an immediate platform and, like, a built-in audience. And based off my decade of having no audience, that probably should have kept happening if I was Marston Smith. So, I understand that that’s upsetting to people. That makes sense. It’s not fair, and it shouldn’t be that way.”

Marston explained that his OnlyFans content “a great way to monetize.”

“I’m just doing what I believe, which is that there’s nothing wrong with nudity, and it’s a great way to monetize,” said Marston. “I’m just trying to make sense of it as well.”

Marston and wife Anna Lambropoulos just recently welcomed their first child together, son Forrest, in July 2023.

He is one of Hugh’s four children. Hugh and Kimberley are also parents to son Cooper, 31. With his first wife Millie, Hugh is also dad to daughter Christie and son David.

Last year, Cooper defended their father after the release of a new docuseries.
