Are Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon working on a new project together?

The longtime friends were spotted leaving a late night studio session at Electric Lady Studios on Tuesday evening (August 22) in New York City.

Justin, 42, and Jimmy, 48, have been friends for over 20 years after first meeting at the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards. They have opened up about how they bonded over both being nervous as Jimmy was hosting the show and Justin was debuting his first solo song.

Over the years, the guys have collaborated with musical performances on Saturday Night Live, as well as on Jimmy‘s late night talk shows Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

“The funny thing about our friendship even when it first started — I just remember that nothing was that serious,” Justin said during a Tonight Show interview in 2020 “We started doing bits back and forth, you know, and that’s all we do now.”
