Hayden Panettiere has ditched her blonde hair!

The 34-year-old actress showed off brand new hair color on Instagram over the weekend, surprising fans over the color – it’s pink!

“Pink hair don’t care! #photoshoot #pinkhair #glamteam,” Hayden captioned the image, which was backstage at a photoshoot over the weekend.

It’s not known if the pink hue will stick around for long, or if she’ll be back to blonde shortly afterwards.

Hayden‘s fans seem to love it though, with the picture picking up over 30,000 likes so far.

In a recent interview, Hayden opened up about how she had lost much of her hair due to her struggles with alcoholism.

Hayden revealed that because of her struggles her “face was swollen. I had jaundice. My eyes were yellow. I had to go to a liver specialist. I was holding on to weight that wasn’t normally there. My hair was thin and coming out in clumps.”
