There’s a new update in Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas‘ custody battle and it involves a piece of evidence that was just submitted in the case.

It’s been reported that Sophie submitted a private letter written by Joe to the courts to prove that he had been planning on making England their forever home as recently as this summer.

Joe and Sophie were looking to purchase a home in Wallingford, Oxford and he decided to write a letter to the homeowner in an effort to persuade the owner to sell them the $7.5 million house.

The estranged couple have been battling in the court over custody of their children, as Sophie wants to bring the two kids to England while Joe doesn’t want them to leave the country. We recently learned 10 big bombshells of what was revealed in their custody battle documents.
