SZA Talks Dating Drake, Calls Their Relationship 'Childish'

SZA is looking back on a when she and Drake were an item.

If you were unaware, the 33-year-old “Kill Bill” hitmaker dated the 36-year-old “Hotline Bling” star back in 2009. Drake confirmed as much back in 2020 on his song “Mr. Right Now.”

More recently, the former couple linked up in the recording studio to release a new duet called “Slime You Out.”

In a recent interview, SZA reflected on their time together and explained why it was “childish.”

Speaking to Rolling Stone, she noted that they “were really young” when they were an item. Their age played into what sort of relationship they shared.

“It wasn’t hot and heavy or anything. It was like youth vibes. It was so childish,” SZA explained.

This isn’t the first time that SZA has opened up about Drake. A few months ago, she revealed where they stood after their relationship.
