Kris Jenner Looks Back on Cheating on Robert Kardashian Sr, Calls It Her 'Life's Biggest Regret'

Kris Jenner is reflecting on the biggest mistake in her life.

During the new episode of The Kardashians which was released on Thursday (October 26), Kris, 67, opened up to Khloe Kardashian about cheating on the late Robert Kardashian Sr, calling it her “life’s biggest regret.”

“What was your mindset when you cheated?” Khloe, 39, asked Kris. “When you did that with my dad, and you had four kids and you had a family? Yes, I know you were really young….”

Kris then explained that “being really young and dumb is something that plays into it because you don’t really understand the consequences of your actions.”

Khloe didn’t fully understand Kris‘ mindset, asking again, “But what was my dad not doing that made you want to look elsewhere?”

“I don’t know because he was such a great husband and such a great dad,” Kris admitted. “And I think that I fell into a situation where I thought that the grass was greener somewhere else, and I made a huge mistake. That’s my life’s biggest regret.”

In a confessional, Kris opened up about more, explaining that she hopes Khloe will give it a lot of thought before completely cutting ties with Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares daughter True, 5, and son Tatum, 15 months.

“When I got divorced, Robert and I became best friends. We talked on phone all day long, helped each other through things all the time, and I did have regrets,” Kris explained. “I thought, Wow, what I was thinking? So I want Khloe to be really careful when she makes these decisions and she has to let somebody go.”

Back in her conversation with Khloe, Kris said that despite having regrets about cheating on Robert Sr., she’s very happy with how her life ultimately turned out.

“I’m not proud of way I behaved during that time, but you know what? Everything happens for a reason,” Kris said. “I really do live my life by thinking God has a plan, and without that whole thing happening, there never would’ve been Kendall and Kylie.”

Kris was married to Robert Sr. from July 1978 until March 1991. They share Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Rob.

She met Caitlyn Jenner in 1990, a year before her divorce from Robert Sr. was finalized. They then married in April 1991, one month after her divorce was finalized.

Robert Sr died on September 30, 2003 after a battle with esophageal cancer.

Kris and Caitlyn – who share Kendall and Kylie – separated in 2013 and finalized their divorce in December 2014.

Caitlyn recently clarified some comments she publicly made about Kris that raised some eyebrows.
