Emilia Clarke won the hearts of many viewers with her performance as Daenerys Targaryen in each of Game of Thrones‘ eight seasons.

Since the series’ end, the actress starred in the 2019 films Above Suspicion and Last Christmas. She also had a voice role in 2022′s The Amazing Maurice and starred opposite Chiwetel Ejiofor in 2023′s The Pod Generation.

Emilia notably joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the 2023 Disney+ series Secret Invasion.

In the future, she is set to play Constance Lloyd, the wife of Oscar Wilde, in An Ideal Wife. Additionally, Emilia has been cast as Jean Kerr, the wife of former U.S. senator Joseph McCarthy, in the upcoming movie McCarthy.
