Janelle Monáe to Take Over as 'Homecoming' Lead From Julia Roberts for Season 2!

Janelle Monae is set to replace Julia Roberts as the lead in season two of Sam Esmail‘s Homecoming on Amazon!

The 33-year-old actress and singer will portray a “tenacious woman who finds herself floating in a canoe, with no memory of how she got there — or even who she is,” THR reports.

If you don’t know, Julia was only signed on for one season of the show and was never expected to return.

As of right now, Homecoming does not have a premiere date for its second season.
