Gal Gadot Just Landed A Royal New Role!

Gal Gadot is set to play the Evil Queen in the upcoming live-action Snow White movie!

The 36-year-old actress will star opposite Rachel Zegler in the flick, according to Deadline.

The site reports that Gal is in final negotiations to play the vain queen who aims to become the fairest of them all in her kingdom.

The original 1937 Disney animated movie was based on the Grimm Brothers’ tale of the same name.

Jealous of Snow White’s beauty, the wicked queen orders the murder of her innocent stepdaughter, but later discovers that Snow White is still alive and hiding in a cottage with seven friendly little miners. Disguising herself as a hag, the queen brings a poisoned apple to Snow White, who falls into a death-like sleep that can be broken only by a kiss from the prince.

Benj Pasek and Justin Paul have been brought on to write all new songs for the movie.
