Rooney Mara leaves an office building after promoting her latest movie, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, on Thursday (December 15) in New York City.

The 26-year-old actress received some exciting news earlier in the day – she’s nominated for an award at the 2012 Golden Globes!

Rooney is up for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Drama for her Dragon Tattoo role against Glenn Close (Albert Nobbs), Viola Davis, (The Help), Meryl Streep (The Iron Lady), and Tilda Swinton (We Need to Talk About Kevin).
